WHAT YOU NEED ๐๐ผ
โช๏ธ1 large or 2 small heads of cauliflower โฃ
โช๏ธtaco seasoning โฃ
โช๏ธsharp cheddar cheese (i use about ยฝ cup)โฃ
โช๏ธone white onion, slicedโฃ
โช๏ธthousand island dressing โฃ
โช๏ธprotein of your choice (chicken would work, but I love using Dr. Prager's Plant Based Chicken strips diced up on mine!) โฃ

HOW YOU MAKE IT ๐๐ผ
โช๏ธCut your cauliflower into small florets.โฃ
โช๏ธPlace on baking sheet and drizzle with oil + toss in taco seasoning.โฃ
โช๏ธBake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees, tossing half way.โฃ
โช๏ธWhile that cooks, heat oil in a pan and slowly caramelize the onions over low to medium heat + prep protein of choice (I air fry my chicken strips and then dice)โฃ
โช๏ธRemove cauliflower from over and top with cheese, onions, and protein of your choice.โฃ
โช๏ธReturn to oven until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.โฃ
โช๏ธRemove from the oven and drizzle with thousand island and DEVOUR.โฃ
