It's BIRTHDAY WEEEEEK and in honor of my birthday I wanted to share with you my all time FAVE energy ball recipe. SEEEERRRR-iously!!! Run. Donโ€™t walk. You want these in your life, sis. ๐Ÿ–ค๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿผโฃ

WHAT YOU NEED ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’‹โฃ
โ–ช๏ธ1ยฝ scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
โ–ช๏ธ1ยผ cups dry rolled oatsโฃโฃ
โ–ช๏ธโ…“ cup all-natural smooth almond butterโฃโฃ
โ–ช๏ธ4 Medjool dates, coarsely choppedโฃโฃ
โ–ช๏ธยผ cup chopped almondsโฃโฃ
โ–ช๏ธยฝ cup mashed banana (about 1 large banana)โฃโฃ
โ–ช๏ธยฝ tsp. pure vanilla extractโฃโฃ

HOW YOU MAKE THEM ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผโฃ
โ–ช๏ธCombine protein powder, oats, almond butter, and dates in food processor; pulse until dates are incorporated.โฃโฃ
โ–ช๏ธAdd almonds, banana, and extract; pulse until just blended.โฃโฃ
โ–ช๏ธRoll into sixteen balls, about 1-inch in diameter each.โฃ
