PUMPKIN SPICE SYRUPโฃ
ยฝ cup pumpkin pureeโฃ
ยฝ cup maple syrupโฃ
2 tsp vanilla extract โฃ
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice โฃ
1 cup waterโฃ

ICED PUMPKIN LATTE โฃ
1 shot of espresso (or ยฝ cup strong black coffee)โฃ
3 tbsp pumpkin spice syrup โฃ
ยพ cup plant based milk โฃ
ice โฃ

Add syrup ingredients into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer 10-12 min until it thickens into a sauce, stirring every few minutes so it doesn't burn. Let cool and then funnel syrup into a bottle to store so you can make these all week long. When you're ready to make your latte, froth 3 tbsp of syrup + milk of choice together in a tall glass. Add ice + your shot of espresso and Enjoy! โฃ
