At the top of spring I encouraged my sisterhood to start exploring how foods made them feel. We removed a couple foods that can cause sensitivities and swapped them out for some new faves. โฃ

Itโ€™s wild what you LEARN TO LOVE when you simply get curious on your journey and try new things. One of my new morning faves is swapping out coffee for a homemade matcha tea latte. โฃ

Take 1.5 tsp of a matcha powder (Iโ€™m currently using @rishitea everyday matcha) and sift it into a mug. Add 4 ounces of hot water + a drizzle of honey. Then top the mug with almond milk and froth to combine. โฃ

So simple. โฃ
So delish.โฃ
And filled with benefits that help heal your body from the inside out. โฃ
