you use “good” vs “bad” to describe your fitness status (ie…"I ate good this week"…or…"I am good bc I went to the gym 5 days this week")
your inner narrative is really. freaking. mean.
you put so much pressure on yourself to be “perfect” and if something isn't going perfectly it becomes easier to throw in the towel
you set goals surrounding your physical fitness/weight, yet neglect sleep, nutrition, stress management, hydration, etc
you've been looping the same situation/scenario in your mind for awhile now even though it might not matter in a year
you care deeply about a number on the scale and if that number isn't the one you want to see it ruins your whole attitude about your journey
you use phrases like “I'm just not a motivated person” or “I'm just not a consistent person."
BUT…you DESPERATELY DESIRE to have a healthy relationship with MOVEMENT and your INNER NARRATIVE?!
THEN THE SISTERHOOD MEMBERSHIP IS THE SPACE FOR YOU!
