One of my FAVE routines each week (that also helps me feel my best) is meal planning. Iβm not a big βprep" girlie, but I do love having a plan for the week ahead. It keeps me feeling my best, helps my wallet stay a little fuller, and takes the guess work out of βwhat are we gonna eat?!β I hope this weekβs plan inspires you!
