One of my FAVE routines each week (that also helps me feel my best) is meal planning. I’m not a big “prep" girlie, but I do love having a plan for the week ahead. It keeps me feeling my best, helps my wallet stay a little fuller, and takes the guess work out of “what are we gonna eat?!” I hope this week’s plan inspires you!
