Hey Hey Sisterhood!!! I’m so excited to introduce you to a dear friend of mine - Dr Meredyth McMichael who is a chiropractor and functional nutrionist. We’re gonna have the BEST convo that I think ALL WOMEN need to hear. Dr. Meredyth realized her passion at a young age after watching her brother recover after a motor cross accident. Traditional Western medicine wasn’t really doing the trick because the doctors (who were doing the best they could) only really looked at the area of the incident. In chiropractic care, eastern medicine meets west and what Meredyth saw was a gentle way of healing the WHOLE body. We talk about how CONNECTED the body is and how when ONE THING is out of alignment…it truly throws everything else off.

But it doesn’t stop there. Dr Meredyth is also a FUNCTIONAL NUTRIONIST so she breaks down WHAT that even is and how that differs from diet culture. We talk about what all the buzz is surrounding GUT HEALTH and how your gut is connected to your brain.
