10 days into my new LIFT + HIIT program and I’m SORE AF. Like. Can’t get off the toilet sore. Can’t wash my hair sore. 😜 IYKYK
Trust + believe that THIS little treat is coming in CLUTCH these days but I promise you when I first started my journey I was NOT a believer in supplements. I WAS that girl that said “I’d rather eat my food than drink a shake.”

But supplements help our bodies in so many ways. It’s basically the bridge to the nutrients our bodies NEED to function at their best + heal and what we are LACKING.

Mash the banana in a bowl until almost liquidy. Add in milk + peanut butter and stir to combine. Add in the vanilla muscle recover powder and combine until it forms a dough. Fold in the chocolate chips (anyone think of Schitt’s Creek?! 🤣🧀) and enjoy!!!
